Review
Aquariums are one of the most widespread hobbies in the world. Since not all of us have the patience and resources for a real aquarium, this screensaver can be a nice alternative. It features an underwater scene showing a school of fish swimming around an obelisk.
The graphics of the program are very realistic, and they are accompanied by a good set of sound effects. You can adjust some of the program's settings, such as the animation speed and the brightness of light spots. Also, you can turn on/off the sound scheme and turn its volume up and down. You can adjust the sound balance too, as well as choose the display mode and enable or disable the 3D rendering feature. Perhaps the only disadvantage of this program is that it can become boring after a while, since the virtual camera's point of view is almost the same all the time. Nevertheless, this feature can be considered as relaxing by some people.
After one minute of use or so, a "nag screen" shows up to remind you that you are using the shareware version of the program. If you want to get rid of it, you will have to purchase a license. |
